I was on Dandelion detail this past weekend.
Plucking and pulling them out by the roots...
and as the song of the Dandelion Fairy sings;
With your spades of hoes and iron!
you can never drive me out~~~
Me, the dauntless Dandelion!
I gave it my best and the Dandelion wins!

The detail here is amazing, Shirley! Actually, I've come to rather adore dandelions, as our yard is overflowing with them this year!! I even did research on their uses, and the tea sounds nice! :) Your photography is quite beautiful, I must say! I also love macro, and you do an exemplary job with it! Beautiful macro shots so we can see those little curly cues at the tips of te petals.
I don't think they ever lose the battle, except at my house when I want to find some to photograph but the Hubby has killed them all! Your photos are just lovely.
